STUCCO SEAL is specially formulated to protect above grade cement based stucco and plaster against absorption of water and stains. The silicon polymers contained in STUCCO SEAL 2200 are chemically compatible with (and become an integral part of) traditional stucco and cement plaster.

As STUCCO SEAL penetrates deeply into the pores of the stucco surfaces, it undergoes a chemical reaction with the moisture and carbon dioxide it contains to form a stable, highly water, stain and acid resistant barrier which dries within 24 hours after application.

STUCCO SEAL PERFORMS BETTER THAN MASTICS, WAXES OR OTHER SEALERS AND PAINT BECAUSE:
 They are subject to rapid deterioration from ultraviolet rays and
  atmospheric pollutants
 They darken or otherwise alter the appearance of the substrate
 They completely seal the stucco pores to the passage of air and
  vapors, forming condensation that can produce mold or otherwise
  damage the interior of the wall
